Musculoskeletal Disorders
Musculoskeletal disorders are conditions that affect the human body’s muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and other soft tissues, leading to pain, stiffness, and limited movement. Common musculoskeletal disorders include arthritis, fibromyalgia, back and neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendinitis. These conditions can be debilitating and significantly reduce quality of life. Proper management of musculoskeletal disorders includes physical therapy, medications, lifestyle changes, and in some cases, surgery. With the right care, people can often reduce their symptoms and improve their mobility and ability to perform daily activities.
