Bone Cancer
Bone cancer is a rare type of cancer that occurs in cells of the bone. It can affect people of any age, but is more common in adolescents and adults. Symptoms of bone cancer include pain and/or swelling in a bone or joint, broken bones, and fatigue. Treatment options vary depending on the type and stage of the cancer, and may include surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Early detection and treatment of bone cancer can greatly improve a person’s prognosis. Bone cancer is serious and should be taken seriously by patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
