Viremia

Viremia is the presence of viruses in the bloodstream. It is an important indicator of viral infections, as the viruses can spread to other organs or tissues, causing systemic illness. It is often used as a diagnostic tool to identify and monitor the condition of viral infections or other diseases. It can also be used to monitor the response to antiviral treatments. Viremia is a valuable tool for both public health practitioners and clinicians for early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of viral infections.
