Blood Clots
Blood clots are an essential part of the body's natural clotting process. They form when an injury or wound causes bleeding, and help to stop the loss of blood. Blood clots are also important in preventing too much blood being lost in a heart attack or stroke. Blood clots are made up of a number of different proteins, including fibrin and platelets, and are essential for keeping our bodies healthy and functioning correctly. Blood clots can also be used in a variety of medical treatments, including to help dissolve existing clots, prevent further clots from forming, and to treat some diseases such as cancer. Blood clotting is a vital part of maintaining a healthy body and ensuring adequate circulation of blood.
