Fish Oils

Fish oil is a natural source of essential fatty acids, containing omega-3 fatty acids, that have many health benefits for humans. It is often used as a dietary supplement due to its cardiovascular, anti-inflammatory, and other health benefits. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil can help improve cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as help with eye and joint health. It may also help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve brain and cognitive function, and protect against age-related cognitive decline. Fish oil is also used in cosmetics and dietary supplements to improve skin health.
