Aquatic Physiology
Aquatic Physiology is the study of the physiology of aquatic organisms. It is a branch of comparative Physiology and examines the adaptations of aquatic organisms to their environment. Aquatic Physiology is important in understanding the role of aquatic organisms in their ecosystems and the effects of human activities on them. It also helps us gain a better understanding of the extensive biodiversity of aquatic environments. The knowledge gained from aquatic Physiology can also be used to aid in the conservation and protection of freshwater and marine ecosystems and species.
