Immunomodulators

Immunomodulators are substances that enhance, decrease or otherwise alter the functioning of the immune system. They can be used in a variety of applications, such as treating autoimmune diseases, reducing inflammation, reducing the risk of infections, and strengthening the body’s response to infections. Immunomodulators can also be used to modify the immune system to better recognize and target tumor cells. The use of immunomodulators has become an increasingly important field in the treatment of a variety of diseases.
