Glutamine

Glutamine is an essential amino acid for humans and a major energy source for cells in the body. It is important for muscle growth, wound healing, immune function and maintenance of gut health. Glutamine is also important for the synthesis of other amino acids, and it is a precursor for Glutathione, an important antioxidant. It can be taken as a supplement to boost muscle growth and recovery after exercise, as well as to improve overall health. Additionally, it has been found to be beneficial for individuals with certain health conditions, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. Glutamine is an important nutrient for overall human health, and its supplementation can improve health in numerous ways.
