Brain Cell
Brain cells (also known as neurons) are the main cells of the nervous system. They are specialized for the transmission and processing of electrical signals within the brain, allowing us to think and react to our environment. Brain cells are essential for human life and diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's affect them in different ways. They are also helpful for our understanding of how the brain works and can be used to develop treatments and therapies for neurological disorders.
