Back Pain
Back pain is a common complaint among humans of all ages and is the leading cause of disability worldwide. It can range from mild to severe, and can have a variety of causes, such as overuse, strain, trauma, and diseases of the spine or other body systems. Proper diagnosis and management of back pain are essential for reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life. Treatment may include a combination of medications, physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, braces, heat/cold therapy, and/or exercise. In more severe cases, surgery may be necessary. With proper treatment, most cases of back pain can be effectively managed and the patient can return to their normal activities.
