Physiology

Physiology is the scientific study of the functions and processes of living organisms. It is a field of medicine and biology that helps us to understand the structure and function of the body, and how it responds to different stimuli. It is used to diagnose and treat medical conditions, advance medical research, and promote healthy living. Physiology studies the systems and organs of the body, such as the cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and endocrine systems, and how they interact to maintain homeostasis. It is also related to disciplines such as biochemistry, histology, and neuroscience. Understanding physiology is critical for health and well-being, and to addressing major global health issues.
