Cheminformatics
Cheminformatics is the scientific field of using computers to store, search, and analyze chemical data. It is used by researchers in a variety of fields, including pharmaceuticals, materials science, biochemistry, and nanotechnology, as well as by government agencies in the fields of public health and environmental protection. Cheminformatics is used to structure, store, and analyze chemical data, and can be applied to help scientists better understand the behavior and properties of molecules. By utilizing predictive algorithms and models, cheminformatics allows for the discovery of novel compounds or reactions, the optimization of existing compounds, and the design of experiments to further elucidate the properties of molecules.
