Implementation Research
Implementation Research is the systematic study of methods aimed to promote the integration of evidence-based interventions, strategies and ideas into everyday life. Its purpose is to improve outcomes by ensuring the meaningful use of evidence-based strategies and interventions. Implementation Research is used to identify factors that may impede or facilitate the successful application of evidence-based interventions and strategies in real-world settings. It helps to identify strategies for overcoming the barriers that may be preventing the successful adoption of evidence-based interventions and strategies. This type of research is essential for improving the effectiveness of evidence-based practice and helping to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
