Probiotics
Probiotics are live microorganisms, such as bacteria or fungi, that are added to food or taken as a supplement to provide health benefits. They help restore the balance of healthy bacteria in the intestines, promoting digestion, improving immunity, and providing protection against disease-causing organisms. Probiotics are particularly beneficial in treating digestive and gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and infectious diarrhea, as well as other conditions like dental caries, urinary tract infections, and eczema. Taking probiotics regularly can also improve overall health, boost energy levels, and support weight loss.
