Medication

Synchronization Medication synchronization is a pharmacy service which aims to simplify a patient's medication schedule and promote improved medication adherence. It involves the coordination of a patient's medications so that all medications can be refilled on the same day each month. This is beneficial for patients taking multiple medications, allowing them to better remember when to take their medication and reducing the need for multiple trips to the pharmacy. The process of medication synchronization also allows healthcare providers to have a better understanding of the patient's medication regimen, allowing for better medication management and improved patient assistance. This could lead to better patient outcomes and improved quality of care.
