Glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid that is present in abundance throughout the human body. It is an essential nutrient for cell growth and maintenance, playing an important role in metabolism, DNA and RNA synthesis, and the immune system. Studies indicate that supplementing with glutamine can help to prevent muscle fatigue and breakdown, aid in muscle repair, and potentially speed up recovery times. Glutamine is also believed to aid in the digestion of proteins, and can help to maintain a healthy intestinal lining. Supplementing with glutamine may help to support overall health and strength.
