Probiotics
Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that provide a range of health benefits. They are found naturally in fermented foods, such as yogurt and sauerkraut, and can also be taken as dietary supplements. These bacteria help to support a healthy microbiome (the balance of bacteria in the gut) and can improve digestion, immune system function and overall health. Probiotics have also been shown to reduce inflammation, improve skin health, and help manage stress. They are a safe and effective way to promote good health and can be used to complement conventional treatments for a range of conditions.
