Peanut
Oil Peanut oil is a type of vegetable oil made from pressing the kernels of the peanut plant. It is one of the most commonly used edible oils, has a mild flavor and a high smoke point. Peanut oil is commonly used for cooking, deep-frying and sautéing due to its resistance to high temperatures. It is also used in the production of margarine, soap, glycerin and pharmaceuticals. Beyond culinary use, peanut oil is also valued for its beauty benefits, as it is known to contain essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants that help improve the health of hair and skin.
