Herbs
Herbs are plants or parts of plants used for their flavour, scent, medicinal or therapeutic value, or for any other practical or ornamental purpose. They are used extensively in cooking, aromatherapy, cosmetics, traditional medicine, and in many other industries. Herbs are known to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and other medicinal properties, making them one of the most beneficial supplements to your diet. They are also used to enhance the flavour of food and can be used as garnishes or decorations. Herbs are also known to boost the immune system and reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases. As such, they are important for both maintaining health and treating illness.
