Cereal Crops

Cereal crops are a major food crop used for human consumption and for animal feed. Cereal crops are extremely versatile in their uses, from breakfasts to deserts, milled for flour to make bread, pasta, cakes, and more. Cereal crops are also used as a source of fuel, such as ethanol, or as animal feed. Cereal crops are highly nutritious, providing essential vitamins and minerals in addition to carbohydrates and proteins. Their high nutrient profile means that they are a valuable source of nourishment for people around the world.
