PCOS
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition affecting women where an imbalance of reproductive hormones, such as testosterone, leads to abnormal function of the ovaries. It is a common cause of infertility and is associated with a variety of metabolic, hormonal and reproductive issues. Symptoms include irregular menstrual cycles, excessive amounts of body and facial hair, acne and obesity. PCOS can be managed with lifestyle changes, such as a balanced diet and regular exercise, and/or medical treatments, such as oral contraceptives, medications and hormonal therapy. Diagnosis is typically made through a variety of tests and assessments.

Men are fertile continuously, but their sperm quality is affected by their health, frequency of ejaculation, and environmental factors.
