Fertility Agents
Fertility agents are medications that are used to help individuals or couples achieve pregnancy. These agents often work by stimulating the ovaries to produce more hormones necessary for egg production and release. The most commonly used fertility agents include clomiphene citrate, gonadotropins (injectable hormones), and aromatase inhibitors. These agents are used in conjunction with fertility treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI) to increase the likelihood of pregnancy. Fertility agents are highly effective, safe, and desirable options for patients seeking treatment for infertility.
