Farm Labor

force Farm labor is an essential part of agricultural production in many countries. It refers to the people employed in the cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of farmlands, crops, and livestock. Farm labor combines the skills of many disciplines including agronomy, animal science, entomology, engineering, horticulture, and plant science. It is essential for producing food, fiber, and fuel, and it helps to meet the world’s growing demand for food, fiber, and fuel. Farm labor contributes to employment growth and economic development in rural areas, provides an important source of income for many rural households, and also plays a significant role in preserving the environment. Farm labor is a critical factor in the sustainability of the agricultural industry and plays a key role in the food security of nations.
