Pesticidal Toxicology

Pesticidal toxicology is the study of the toxic effects of the chemicals used to control the growth of pests, such as insects and weeds. Through research and careful testing, scientists are able to determine how the chemicals interfere with a pest's biology, and which ones are most effective for killing them. Pesticidal toxicology is an important tool for pest control and public health, as it helps to reduce the potential harms associated with the use of pesticides. It is also used to help design more efficient, long-lasting pesticides that are less harmful to human health and the environment.
