Organic Food
Organic food is food produced without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial chemicals. It is grown in a way that follows and respects natural ecological cycles and helps to protect the environment and health of all beings involved in its production and consumption. Organic food has been found to contain higher concentrations of beneficial aspects such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than non-organic produce. It also helps to support sustainable agricultural systems, reduce water and air pollution, and promote healthier ecosystems. Organic food is becoming increasingly popular as a way to promote health and wellbeing, and reduce our environmental impact.
