Nano Toxicology
Nano toxicology is the study of potential adverse effects of nanomaterials (materials with dimensions in the nanometer range) on living organisms. It is a rapidly emerging field that investigates the potential toxicity of nanomaterials, as well as their potential beneficial applications. Nano toxicology research has identified potential environmental and health risks associated with nanomaterials, including possible effects on human health and ecosystems. Furthermore, it has helped to identify safe and effective uses of nanomaterials in industry, medicine and other applications. Nano toxicology research is an important component of risk assessment and a crucial step towards the safe use of nanomaterials.
