Antidotes
Antidotes are substances that counteract the harmful effects of poisons, including insecticides, pesticides, drugs, and various other toxins in the body. They act by binding to toxins and neutralizing them, preventing them from entering the cells, organs, and tissues. Antidotes are used to treat acute poisoning, treat chronic conditions caused by exposure to toxins, and prevent further poisoning. They can also be used to treat certain types of allergies, food poisoning, headaches, and asthma. Antidotes play an important role in saving lives as they offer a way of quickly and effectively neutralizing the effects of toxins, allowing medical professionals to treat the patient as soon as possible.
