Nuclear Waste
Nuclear waste is a byproduct of nuclear processes, such as nuclear power generation and nuclear weapons production. It is considered to be one of the most dangerous types of waste as it is highly radioactive. It can cause serious harm to humans, the environment and the planet if not managed and disposed of safely. For this reason, nuclear waste requires special handling and storage, and must be monitored over long periods of time. Nuclear waste is also an important source of recycled materials and can be used to generate new energy sources. In addition, it can also be used to produce medical isotopes and new materials such as nuclear alloys.
