Nuclear Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (NOESY) is a powerful nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique that is used to determine the structure of complex molecules. It can detect information on the proximity and the orientations of two neighboring protons that are part of a specific molecule.
