Energy Audits
An energy audit is a systematic approach used to identify and assess energy use in a given building or system to recommend ways to reduce energy consumption, lower energy costs and improve efficiency. Energy audits examine the energy sources, energy consumption and energy efficiency of the site and can be used to identify energy-savings opportunities in lighting, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, energy usage patterns and energy-consuming equipment. The purpose of conducting an energy audit is to achieve improved energy efficiency and cost savings through energy conservation measures. Energy audits help to identify areas of energy wastage and can provide detailed recommendations on cost-effective measures to reduce energy consumption.
