Testicular Failure
Testicular failure is a medical condition in which the testes fail to produce an adequate amount of testosterone, the male sex hormone responsible for reproductive and sexual development. Symptoms of testicular failure can include a decrease in body and facial hair, gynecomastia (development of breast tissue), infertility, and emotional changes such as fatigue, depression and irritability. This condition can have a significant impact on a man’s health and quality of life. Treatment for testicular failure typically involves hormone replacement therapy and may include lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to diagnose and manage the condition.
