Prostatitis
Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostate gland, a small gland located between the bladder and penis of males. This can be caused by a bacterial infection, medical conditions, or extreme physical activity like bicycling. Symptoms of prostatitis can include pain when urinating, pain in the lower back or genital area, weakness, and fever. Treatment often includes antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, and lifestyle changes. Prostatitis can have a significant impact on a person's quality of life, but with proper diagnosis and treatment, it can often be managed and cured.
