Pineal Gland

The pineal gland is a small, pea-sized organ located in the center of the brain. It produces melatonin, a hormone that plays an important role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Pineal gland activation is also linked to religious, spiritual and mystical experiences, enhanced intuition, and out of body experiences. It also has an effect on the endocrine system, which helps regulate mood, growth, and development. Pineal gland activation is believed to be beneficial for mental and physical health, and some people practice various techniques such as meditation and yoga that can help activate the gland.
