Dopaminergics
Dopaminergics are drugs and other substances that act on the dopamine receptors in the brain. They are used to treat a wide range of conditions, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Parkinson's disease, depression, and psychosis. They work by increasing dopamine levels, which in turn can improve mood, focus, and cognitive and motor functioning. Dopaminergics are a key component of treatment for many neurological and psychiatric disorders, and play an increasingly important role in improving the quality of life for those affected.
