I am foucsing on the study of preservation and processing of aquatic vegetables

  • Main work is focus on the establishment of new novel, rapid, high-throughput method for the determination of the total viable count in soybean sauce and the exploration of cause for the leakage and spoilage of bottled soybean sauce. The task mentioned had been finished successfully.

  • Main work is teaching Food Storage and Processing for the undergraduates. September 2012-2013 USDA of America as a visiting scientist, focus in food quality and food safety
