  • Pier Giorgio PEIRETTI, Doctor in Veterinary Medicine and Post-Graduate in specialization school Inspection of Products of Animal Origin, is Senior Researcher at the Italian National Research Council.
  • He gained his degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1984 and Post-Graduate in specialization school in 1986 from the University of Turin.
