  • Dr. Mario D’Oria holds a MD in Medicine and Surgery with full marks and honour from the Univeristy of Perugia (Italy).
  • He is Chief Resident of the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery service at the University Hospital of Trieste (Italy). 
  • He has also spent 6 months at the University Hospital of Nancy (France) as a clinical fellow. 
  • He holds certifications for BLSD, ACLS, ATLS and DSTC courses.
  • He is responsible at his institution for mentorship activities of last year medical students. 
  • He his investigator for the ACST-2 randomized controlled trial and is responsible for data collection at his institution. 
  • He is Member of several professional societies (Italian Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, Italian Society for Angiology and Vascular Medicine, European Society for Vascular Surgery, European Society for Cardiovascular and Endovascular Surgery, European Society for Vascular Medicine, International Society of Endovascular Specialists, Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe).
  • He is Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for several specialized journal in the field of Vascular Medicine and Vascular Surgery.
