Sensory Perception
Sensory perception is the capacity of an organism to respond and interpret external stimuli, such as sound, light, texture and temperature. It is a fundamental process that allows humans to interact with their environment and make sense of it. Sensory perception is essential for humans to carry out basic functions, like navigating a new space, recognizing objects, and forming memories. It can also aid in the development of motor skills, communication, and sensory integration. By interpreting sensory information from the world around us, humans are able to identify, interpret, and understand the environment and their place in it. This process plays a critical role in our ability to learn and interact with the world.
