Rna Structure
RNA (ribonucleic acid) is a life-essential molecule in all organisms. It is considered to be the instructions manual of life and is responsible for reading the instructions stored in DNA and assembling proteins from it. RNA has a structure that is composed of a phosphate group, five carbon sugar ribose, and nitrogenous bases, including adenine, guanine, cytosine, and uracil. RNA is important for gene expression, protein synthesis, and regulation of gene expression. Its structure is important for understanding the molecular biology of living organisms, for designing therapies for diseases, and for producing new biotechnological applications.
