Rna Sequencing
RNA Sequencing (also known as RNA-Seq) is a powerful technology used to analyze and quantify the expression of a gene. It is a high-throughput method used to identify the presence, abundance and expression of genes in a sample. It is especially useful in understanding the role of RNA in gene regulation and in studying gene expression in different cell types. This technology is also used to diagnose diseases, detect latent viruses, identify new genes, determine the function of novel transcripts and to study the genetic basis of a particular phenotype. RNA Sequencing provides a reliable and cost-effective way of studying gene expression and therefore provides a better understanding of biological processes.
