Spectrophotometry
Spectrophotometry is an analytical technique used to measure the amount of light absorbed by a sample. It is widely used in biology, chemistry, and other disciplines to study the concentration of a substance in a sample. The technique works by passing a beam of light through a sample, and measuring the amount of light that is absorbed by the sample. This information can then be used to calculate the concentration of a given substance in the sample. The technique is highly accurate and is used to determine the concentrations of various substances in pharmaceutical, environmental, and other types of samples. Spectrophotometry is also used to monitor the quality of various products, such as food and beverages.
