onia hubrichtii Amsonia hubrichtii, otherwise known as Arkansas Blue Star, is a native North American perennial wildflower known for its attractive clusters of star-like blue flowers in the spring and its compact clump of grass-like foliage in the summer. It is an excellent pollinator plant and is popular in landscaping and home gardens due to its low-maintenance nature and ability to attract birds, butterflies and other beneficial insects. Its long-lasting blooms make it a great choice for gardeners looking for a splash of color throughout the season.
