Touch
Touch is the sense of physical contact with an object. It is one of the five senses that humans experience and is critical for understanding objects around us. Touch is an important sense for perceiving pressure, texture, temperature and pain. Through touch, we can learn information about our environment and make decisions about interacting with it. Touch is also used for communication and social bonding between people. In addition, touch has been shown to have physiological benefits such as reducing stress and relieving pain. By understanding and harnessing the power of touch, researchers are improving the ability of robots and computers to interact with the world around them.
