Skin Temperature
Monitoring Skin temperature monitoring is a form of medical monitoring which uses sensors to measure the average temperature of a person's skin. This is important when diagnosing illnesses such as fever or hypothermia, as well as when monitoring a person's temperature during exercise or activity. Skin temperature monitoring can also be used to detect abnormal conditions such as heat stroke, dehydration and other health problems. Additionally, it can be used to monitor and regulate body temperature during surgery, or to monitor the effectiveness of treatments such as medications or diets.
