Rashes

Rashes are a common symptom of skin conditions and diseases. They can range in size and severity, and can be caused by a variety of factors including allergies, infections, illnesses and environmental conditions. Rashes can appear anywhere on the body, and can be itchy, red and/or raised, with accompanying swelling and/or fluid retention. Rashes can signal a range of medical issues and should be seen by a doctor to assess underlying causes. Treatment may include topical or oral medications, or other types of therapies such as warm baths, wearing loose clothing and avoiding irritants. Proper treatment can help prevent further discomfort and complications.
