Luminescence Imaging
Luminescence imaging is a powerful tool for visualizing biological processes. It involves the detection of light generated by an object, usually in the form of a dye or fluorescent protein, as a way of tracing its activity. This technique allows researchers to observe the dynamic behaviour of cells, proteins, or other molecules in living systems. Its uses are numerous, including molecular analysis, drug discovery, tracking of cell growth and migration, and studying the interaction of molecules in complex processes. Its non-invasive and non-destructive nature has made luminescence imaging an essential tool in biomedical research.
