Hygiene

Hygiene is an important aspect of health and wellbeing, and encompasses good practices that help to protect us against infection, disease and other hazards. This can include basic actions such as handwashing and wearing protective clothing, as well as more complex processes such as food safety, water treatment and medical procedures. Good hygiene is essential to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and to protect people from harm. It is also a major factor in improving productivity, as it reduces the risk of workplace illness and accidents. Hygiene plays an important role in the prevention of illnesses and diseases, and should be taken seriously by everyone.
