Cryosurgery

Cryosurgery, also known as cryotherapy, is a surgical procedure involving the use of extreme cold to destroy abnormal or diseased tissue. By freezing the affected tissue, the cells are destroyed and treated. Cryosurgery is used to treat a variety of conditions, including some types of skin cancer, precancerous lesions, warts, lesions on the cervix, and benign tumors. It can also be used to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Cryosurgery is a minimally invasive procedure that uses minimal risk and has a short recovery time. This makes it an attractive option for patients, as it does not require anesthesia or a hospital stay.
