Neurobiology
Neurobiology is a field of study that focuses on the structure and function of the nervous system. This includes research into the biology of the brain, neurons, and the signaling pathways that allow the brain, body, and environment to interact. Its uses range from the understanding of fundamental biological processes, such as memory and learning, to the development of medical treatments for neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and stroke. Neurobiology is critical in understanding how the brain works, as well as how to treat and prevent neurological diseases. In addition, neurobiology research is also used to create new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and robotics, which are becoming increasingly important in our society.
