Discomfort

index The Discomfort Index (DI) is a measure of the weather conditions that combine temperature and humidity to measure the level of discomfort that an individual experiences in a given environment. It is generally used in areas such as public health, agricultural science and meteorology, as it provides an indication of the thermal stress on individuals, as well as on plants and animals. The Discomfort Index can also be used to help forecast the amount of energy required to cool or heat a building, and to plan for the appropriate level of cooling and heating activities. By providing an indication of the temperature and humidity levels, the Discomfort Index contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of individuals, businesses and organisations.

Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants. It has a nearly perfect mix of vitamins, protein, and fat, everything a baby needs to grow. And it's all provided in a form more easily digested than infant formula. Breast milk contains antibodies that help the baby fight off viruses and bacteria. It lowers your baby's risk of having allergies.
